チェックインするにはあらかじめ電話連絡（片言の英語またはスペイン語）をしなければいけないので日本人にとってはハードルが高いでしょう。過去のクチコミを読んで、かなり事前調査もし、覚悟して行ったとはいえ、アパートメントホテルなのに、食材などが買えるような近くのスーパーなどについての情報がまるでなく、「知らない、わからない」の一点張り。テレビが映らずにチェックイン後に聞いたら、２つのリモコンを操作するのが必要とのこと。そんな複雑なことはチェックイン時部屋を案内するときに教えてほしい。また、タオルの数が少ないので追加を持ってきてほしいと言ったら、タオルを換えるのは2日にいっぺんで、前日に電話をしろ、とのこと。いろいろな意味で不便です。また、チェックイン時にパスポート番号や住所を書かされるのですが、その際に「自殺でもされたら困るからね」と一言。不愉快です。部屋は向かいの家の壁ビューですが、テラスから見えるアルハンブラはすばらしかった。ただ、もう一度ここに泊まるかと聞かれればノーです。サービス面での改善が必要。

every things were perfect ,the very polite receptionist the location the -design of the apartment is very beautiful the panoramic view of the ALdhambera palace from the hotel rooftop-

I checked in in the room at the ground floor and at night the noise did come with every car pass the street but this did not affect the wonderfulness of this hotel

Everything. The location in the area of Albayzin, the penthouse apartment, the staff and such value for money.

Large studio apartment, clean and well equipped. Lovely building with fabulous view of the Albhambra from the roof terrace.

Difficult to get to if arriving by car ....but worth it when you get there...park the car and walk or get a taxi.

The size was good. The kitchen and bathroom was well equipped with essentials, like cleaning products.

Serious lack of parking. Lack of information about places to eat etc.

Good location, near alhambra palace. Great view from roof of the palace. Free to use washing machine also handy.

There was a big puddle of water on floor of bathroom when we checked in; when we pointed it out, only given 3 extra bathmats for the whole period of our stay and no cleaning of the bathroom itself which was not very hygenic. There was also a leak in the ceiling in another place, and water kept on dripping down. Asked for extra towels for my child but was told they had no more in stock, though I had specifically requested this beforehand at time of booking. No maps were available at reception which was another nuisance as the streets in granada are complicated. . having stayed at many apartments, people should be aware that with the shortage of towels, maps etc. this place really is not very well prepared service wise to receive its guests, but I guess the price makes up for it.

The apartments have a great location in the Albaicin area of Granada, close to Plaza Nueva and the bars and restaurants in the oldest part of the city. The best feature is the roof terrace which is shared with others in the apartments and has a superb view of the Alhambra palace. The apartments were well-equipped and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our apartment faced the street. This was fine most of the time but it was noisy late on the Saturday night. Beds were a bit hard.

Quite convenient location near the centre of Granada, doesn't look like much from the outside but very beautiful inside. You have your own cooking place so you can create your own food.

The location to the Plaza Nueva and to the Albaizan was terrific. it was clean.

The address of the apartment was incorrect. When trying to meet up witht the gal to get our keys, we were at another of their buildings, but never was told in any printing what address we should have been at. very confusing and frustrating. The apt. was very dated, did not have wi-fi, uncomfortable beds and pullout futon, no coffee maker. It truly was not so nice. Bad water pressure in the shower as well.

We loved the location. What a lovely surprise to find the busy Arab Quarter on the doorstep

The location, at the foot of the Alhambra and close to the city center, was excellent. The apartment was clean and spacious.

The sofa bed in the living room was poor and hardly fit for two people as advertised. There is heating only in the living room so on a cold night the bedroom gets quite chilly.
